Mel,

You did a fantastic job. I also did the boarding pass STD's each person is getting 3 boarding passes and I attached mine with a grommet it is a lot of work but in the end doesn't it feel good to have something so personalized.

 

I loved yours. Congrats. My fingers are about to fall off from cutting the notches in the passes and rounding the corners.

Haha I totally know what you mean. Have you thought of buying a corner punch? I didn't use them because I'm cheap and would rather have my fingers fall of but other girls have and said they worked great.
