I just ordered some customized napkins for a BBQ we're having this summer and the prices are pretty good ($31 for 100 custom napkins).

 

But they also have customizable matches, coasters, place cards, gift tags, favour boxes, note cards, etc.

 

You pick your background colour, font, colour & size, add a design if you want...super cute stuff!

You can also check with Ann's Bridal Bargans. They sell custom napkins for $17 or $18 per 100. (I bought custom matchbooks and sewing kits from here.) Great site!
