Starfish Passing Thread

I hope he will get returned to you. The same thing happened with my little guy, but the bride eventually turned up and sent him to the next bride. Have you tried to email her instead of pm? You can go to her profile, and there will be a link to her email address. This is how I eventually got hold of the bride who had my starfish.

 

It is such a shame when people ruin this tradition

Hi Ladies, Thank-you all but as disappointed as I am I am sure the girls on the list are that much more disappointed. I really do hope he turns up and continues to felt passed on. I know things can be as crazy before as they are after with the weddings and AHR. So hopefully he will turn up and sooner rather than later. We can only hope. I have tried to send emails and to pm her all to no avail but sometimes there are unexpected circumstances and I just hope that this is one of them. I also hope the other girls on the list will be able to find spaces on a list or that my guy will eventually turn up.

Girls this is sooo sweet!!! I'd love to join a list - and use someones starfish!!

Totally feels a bit like sisterhood of the traveling pants!! Can someone point me in the direction of how to get on a list?

Girls I LOVE this concept. We really are a sisterhood and I would LOVE to be representing the BDWers by keeping it going next year when I get married.

That's exactly how I felt. Now I'm sad that all of us on Itsfinallyhere's list won't get the chance, because it went MIA. I fear it is too late for us to sign up on another. I wonder if we could get another one and send it to the next person on the list. What do you all think

Oh no I'm so sad (and mad!). I was so looking forward to the whole experience, not just using the starfish but reading and writing in the journal!! Hopefully Jenn realizes she still has it and contacts someone.

1) your wedding date

2) your dates of travel

3) your wedding location

Rules: this bluestarfish will be passed for one year with a journal. It is the responsibility of each participating bride to pass it on to the next person below you on the list. Please try to pm that person with enough time ahead to get their address so that you can pass the starfish in time for their event. In the journal please write a brief paragrah/or page of your experience whether it be the night before, the day of or the day after.
