thanks! im a big seafood lover.. so that rocks! lol :-) does it work where u pick one from each category? even the appetizers? i wonder if i work soemthing out with claudia to let me give my guests a couple options.. theres no way i can pick one thing for about 90 people.. i guess we'll see in june when im on my site visit...

If it is over 40 people you get the buffet option and I think you get to pick three of each

thanks! i think i still want a sit down dinner, but i was hoping to maybe in the invitations give them an option of meat, chicken, or fish.. we'll see how it pans over with claudia.. maybe if i give her an exact number of each, she'll let us do it.. ill keep my fingers crossed..
