Do you have a green thumb? If so, I could use your advice! :)

regular impatiens do need shade, they'll melt in full sun.

 

However, there are also New Guinea Impatiens that can take quite a bit of sun, but just check them for your area because I'm not sure if it will be too hot or not.

 

The only thing I don't really like about geraniums & petunias is that they look really crappy if you get the flowers wet or if it rains. The flowers will get all brown and yucky and you have to clean them a lot.

 

try looking up scaveola (I think thats the spelling) they are pretty low maintenance and like sun and they're pretty.

 

I like the zinnias & the vinca very pretty.

 

also check out Dahlia's & gazanias, they're both really pretty, but just check to see if they'll work in your area.
