Just saw the pope go by!

I live and work in washington, DC and I just saw the pope go buy in his little mercedes popemobile. It was really cool!!

oh how funny my kids and I were talking about it this morning but since we are in school we can't see it...however one of my kids is meeting him and got to go to the white house yesterday!

I saw the late Pope John Paul II in LA back in 1984. I was little and still remembering celebrating mass with him at the Dodger Stadium.

How neat! I'm fascinated by the Pope and nuns...I don't know why. I think beacuse they are old and cute!

There was a HUGE motorcade around him and secret service running along side. it was neat.
