I got this piece from Sears for the wedding day to hold the 'girls' in

 

 

And just a pretty little white thong with embroidered flowers. He'll go bonkers if he's not too drunk to see!!! LOL

This thread is really crackin' me up. Love the outfit Deb. I'm getting something cute for sure. I haven't decided if it will be tomboyish or sexy. He thinks it's cute when I get new pjs so I'm sure he will be happy. We made a pact not to get too trashed at the reception but to save that for the room after the fact (we'll have it stocked with champagne and our fave wine).

Yup.....that's about right! I'm so not even going to worry about it because I can guarantee that this will happen to one of us! Plus we're staying in a house with some of the bridal party....we won't have privacy until the leave.

But I think Matt will love you in anything....but I would go for something that you can wear under your dress, that's a great idea! Because who knows you might be doing a lot of this......

Carly and other girls, honestly you will be super tired, and Rachel is right, its not anything like you see in the movied, by the time you get all the crap out of your hair and have him help you out of the dress you almost feel silly going in the bathroom and changing when all you really want to do is put on some sweats and go to sleep, however I did get a nice nightgown from Nordies, it was Vera Wang (she has some beautiful lingerie there), I got a nice robe with it that was nice to have for the honeymoon.

Regarding the lingerie - I wasn't really thinking so much of the wedding night as the entire honeymoon. I am a girl that needs my sleep, so I can totally see me not being up to it the night of. But I do want something special for the honeymoon. Nothing extraordinary, just something. And the hunt continues.

I'm a huge fan of the "babydoll" lingerie-- it's comfy but still sexy, and you can be barefoot! - they had some cute ones on VS a few weeks ago....
