Got my Borrowed!!

I was having a hard time trying to find a veil that wasn't ridiculously expensive so I was talking to one friend and she suggested borrowing my friends veil (who got married last summer). I never thought of it and she had a beautiful veil and her dress was ivory too so it will be perfect. So, I called my friend and she said no problem that actually a girl at work right now is borrowing it for her daughter's May wedding so she will send it to me after that. YAY!!

 

Borrowed-Check

Old- my grandmother's diamond in my ring Check

New- My dress...Checkaroni!

Blue- Thinking I'll sport some new sexy blue undies yet to be bought

Awesome. I didn't do this, but I did have blue undies too. Mine were not sexy though- haha. Just some big ol' blue grandma panties. I didn't want them up my ass the whole night.

Yeah, can't really say mine will be sexy either...(that was just wishful thinking) I go for comfort myself. Besides who will be able to see them under my Spanx!

Thats a great idea to borrow a veil. I also have my grandmothers diamond in my ring....never thought of that as something old..i guess I have one covered!

Thanks all!! I love that I have my grandmother's diamond. It makes my ring so much more special. Greg designed the setting though and added some diamonds on the side and it was very unique and I love it..very surprised! It has such a special meaning behind it and it makes me feel like my grandmother will be with me on my special day in some sense.

Oh congrats!!! I'm still working on mine, but have the borrowed/blue taken care of courtesy of the lovely and talented Morgan who's loaning me her blue starfish when she's done.
