Try Welcome to CasaBlancaBridal.com. It is where I got my dress. Most are under $1000, but are made like couture gowns. They have great detailing on the back (both of these are low V) and all come with bustles so that it one less alteration you have to pay for! If you don't like the train, you can always have it cut off!

Actually Kash had a different Monique but she also paid a lot for it. Kash's dress like this one is to die for!

 

I was going to say that I've seen a lot of similar dresses like the one from DB's but they are halter top of have different embellishments.

Check wth Watters and Watters - they have two all lace halter gowns - one in the WToo line that has a lot of beading, and the other in the Watters and Watters main line with no beading. The WToo (I'm wearing this one) is about $600 and the W&W is about $2000. I know you don't like the beading, so the W&W dress is probably the right one, and $2000 is a lot less than $7000.

This looks a little like the dress you are looking for, only the back has a cut out design. It resembles another Monique Lhuillier dress I had seen (sorry don't rememeber the name). This dress is by Forever Yours. I had saved the picture, but never tried it on. I don't know what the price would be. I hope this helps you out and good luck on your search!
