Yoga and/or Pilates Videos

Ann have you been doing the pilates videos??

 

I went on ebay last night because I only have exercise videos not dvds and my vcr isn't even hooked up anymore ( I suppose I could hook it up, but what fun would that be) So I am bidding on a turbo jam set, a winsor pilates set, and cindy (the next challenge)

 

should I bother with the pilates?

 

I am like tammy, I've never really liked yoga or pilates because it doesn't really feel like much of a workout, more for relaxing, but I've also never done it for an extended period of time and it would probably give me some variety, which is key because I'm so sick of the treadmill!

i haven't been doing them - but i need to get on the ball. i've never been a regular either - so haven't seen the benefits. but i've heard great things!
