Honestly I like the yoga zone DVD's the best with power yoga being my favorite, but really Ann I could send all of these to you if you want. I never use them anymore and really they are just sitting here collecting dust. If you want them there yours, just PM me your address and I'll mail them out.

i did. and i only have done one of them, once, and i honestly didn't feel like it was much of a workout. but maybe i did the easy one. i haven't been great the last couple of weeks - but i need to kick it into gear soon! stay tuned, and i will let you know how the rest goes ...

I have a Power Yoga DVD that's good. It's not as challenging as a real flow class but it's good and if you push yourself to do the postures with perfect form it's a good workout.

Hey Kash,,, I have to admit Yoga has never appealed to me. I guess I think of it as a relaxing type of class (course with all the stress I've been under, maybe I should give it a try) anyways... In what ways does Yoga help you?

I just bought the Jeanette Jenkins video from Walmart for $14. It is a double disc with 8 workouts on it! It has pilates and yoga, as well as a kick-a$$ kickbox routine for a little more cardio. I alternate all the programs so I don't get bored and it's all on one disc!
