Mo- Our birthing class is $75 (or $20/session) but it's only once a week for 4 weeks at 1.5 hours each, so it sounds like yours is longer...I think they even out to be the same amount?

Shea- Congratulations!!! Had you bought any boy stuf yet or were you waiting to see for sure?

Good news about the placenta! smile159.gif

Martha - are you still feeling that bad to where you think you might go into labor soon?

I had my 30 week appt yesterday. All was well. I gained 2lbs in 3 weeks - up 24lbs total. Luke weighs about 3lbs and he said will be around 8lbs.

He asked if I wanted an epideral - I said yes. If I was going to breastfeed - yes. He also told me that if I had not had him by 11/19 that he would induce if I wanted him too since he would like for me to have him and be home before Thanksgiving. Yah! Oh and he said we could schedule another sono. I'm super excited about that!!

I knew it was early when the tech mentioned that it could be a boy, so all we have purchased so far is the furniture. Of course today I am now searching for bedding....

Which one do you guys like better? Our house is pretty neutral, so I don't want to go too bright.

Lisa, Luke is gonna be a good size! I wanna know how big Noah is....now I have to wait another week. sad.gif

It's nice that you will be home for Turkey Day..but just to warn ya, I hear the contractions are horrid when they induce. Of course I don't know personally tough....

Oh and right now I am still in pain (re: the va jay jay) and I am having a little trouble breathing, but I think that it might be allergies. This little man is having a dance party in my belly right now. He must like the nuggets I just ate! :)

Shea, I like the first bedding! It's sooo cute! :)

(at our 14 week ultrasound they hinted it was a boy)

Also, my subchorionic hemmorage seems to be gone, and they ultrasound shows that I do not have placenta previa. The placenta is still considered low lying- it is about 2 cm from the cervix, but my doc is confident it will resolve itself. So, all in all, we had a great appt. yesterday!
That is amazing news!!!! Congratulations on your little girl. That is the best news ever that you don't have PP. Woo Hooo!!!

I have Tropical Punch, sorry Ella does, and we love it. Its pretty colourful though. I got mine at Burlington Coat Factory and it was a great deal and I used the 10% off coupon that comes in every Fit Pregnancy magazine and it was an even better deal. Just an FYI!!!

I think he's going to be HUGE!!! I heard they are bad too which is why I really don't want to be induced. But I also live 30 minutes from the hospital and it freaks me out a little to think about being in labor and having to drive that far to the hospital.

I hear you on the dance party in your belly...lol...Luke is having one right now. Silly boys!!

o.k., i'm having vajayjay pains too - - expecially when I walk. It comes and goes though. It would suck to have it all the time.

Shea - I like the Secret Garden one. Too cute!!!

Karma - the pics are amazing...wow!

Mo - where are you taking your classes? I'm going to Penn and they only offer the weeknight classes as far as I know. I would love to get it done all in one day. Luckily, they're free b/c I work here but going 6 weeks in a row on a weeknight is going to be tough with Mike's schedule.

Shea- Congrats on your baby girl!!! I'm glad to hear you don't have placenta previa.

Lisa - are you getting another u/s to confirm the sex? I can't imagine how crazy it would be if I thought it was a boy/girl and then the baby came out the opposite!

I felt the baby move for the first time 2 nights ago. I haven't felt anything since but I'm not worried because I read it's still a little early to feel regular movements. But it was really the coolest thing. I can't wait til I can feel him/her all of the time! My next check-up is on Monday and my next u/s is on October 1...I can't wait!

I just scheduled my last sono for Monday at 4:45. Yah!

We are pretty darn sure it's a boy - just what we saw on the last sono - so I'm not too concered. But, there's always that what if feeling. Know what I mean.

Mo - I can't believe you girls all took showers and mossied on to the hosital 3 hours later. I would have been freakin out!! They do say that 1st time moms have plenty of time once their contractions start. I'm sure I'll be fine.

Lizz - I don't think I felt Luke until like 20 something weeks....you still have some time.

I was just on the phone with a customer and Luke kicked the crap out of me then stretched for like a full minute. It took my breathe away so I had to tell my customer to hold please because I had a kid acting up inside of me....rofl....he started laughing.

Hi Mama's! Just checking in on everyone. Hopefully everyone is doing well and feeling good!

Lisa- How did your Sono go today?

Martha- I've Been thinking about you and Noah this weekend. Did you guys end up getting a lot of rain and wind?

As for me not much is new. I am so tired these days. I'm trying really hard not to sleep too much though, since it seems to make me even more tired.

Steve and I had a discussion last night and I think I am going to ask my doctor for an elective induction. I know, I know, I shouldn't mess with nature and I don't want to but with Steve's work situation and the kids it will make things way less hectic and stressful on everyone. If we can't schedule a replacement for Steve at the pharmacy he will have to leave the pharmacy all day without a pharmacist and that is a BIG NO NO with the pharmacy board. Like loose his license kind of big no no! Plus if we do it this way he can spend a few days with us over the weekend rather than leave me and Hannah at the hospital by ourselves. I'm going to ask my doctor next week at my appointment if she will do it at 39.5 weeks. (Nov 7). I was induced with my 1st and the induction went pretty well, so if Hannah doesn't make an appearance before Nov 7 this really would be the best thing for us. I'll let you girls know what the doc says next week.
