sorry to freak you out Lisa, I have really just tried to cut out anything that might possibly be bad-in my thoughts why risk it.

So I looked at my ProActive last night and there is no Salicylic Acid in it, only Glycolic Acid. I've Googled Glycolic Acid and I haven't found that that is bad during pregnancy.

I'm still going to call my doc today to ask him what he thinks.

Well still....the thought of putting "acid" on my skin still deserves a freak out. I never thought about what I was putting on my face. And you know what, you don't wash off the toner, so the glycolic acid sits on your face all day. Still a little scary.

I am using Oil of Olay toner also and I don't like it.....I don't like anything anymore!

It;s so hard to find what works for you. That's why I hate to give up my ProActive.....I'm in love with it!!

Did you Google proactive and pregnancy? Maybe it totally is safe to use?

 

I have Differin gel that I can't even use and I love that stuff! Makes the pimples go right away!

I googled it and it does not say it's harmful. It doesn't have saylic acid in it - just glycolic acid which is alright to use...
