Happy Birthday, the colour will look great on the beach. I like it without the hoop, I think it hugs your figure really nicely especially from the back. the hoop I am told however keeps you cool because it holds the material away from your legs. You are getting married at the same resort that I got married at last summer, our children were also our wedding party.
