I can't wait to hear about the Sandos resorts, and of course to see pictures! I am kind of interested in the resort, the pics look great and as for location and features it sounds like it might be a pretty good fit... but I'm wondering why there is nothing on this forum about weddings there?

i really do need to finish up a review on the place. i emailed the bride and asked her if she would do one since they know better then me how the resort did . i just know i had a good time but ill get a full review up soon

Well I'm glad you had a good time! That's one plus for Sandos so far!

 

I'm really curious to hear about the differences between the four different parts of the resort, how the food was, and of course how good they are at throwing weddings!

How has the experience of planning your wedding with Sandos been going so far?

Hi everyone- I just stayed at the Sandos Caracol last week for 2 nights...is there where your wedding is? I don't have many pictures (sorry...)!

Hi there, sorry about not responding for so long. My planning is going ok.

I think the resort is fairly new and they continue to be adding different things to the resort. SO a lot of the planning is ok. For the first couple of months I was not getting any real responses and then there was a different wedding coordinator and I would get a response. Then I sent them another email and they did not know who I was and it was a brand new coordinator, but she has been there for awhile and she has been very helpful.

They have changed the restaurants around so now our dinner plans have to be changed. SO I am actually not sure how it is going. I feel crazy right now anyway since we leave on Saturday so I am not sure if it is them or me.

What did you think of the resort?
Did you see any weddings while you were there?
