I think the tree in both sections is a little busy.

 

The middle would look better with some more color, so add an additional ink color or maybe a smaller graphic next to the title.

I like it without the palm tree in the main section... too busy and distracting with it in both sections. Just my 2 cents though...

Hmm... I think I like it w/o the palm tree. It is a little too busy and once printed may be distracting for the readers.

Well, it's 2:1 in favor of no tree. I'll see if I can't find something to spice up the middle a bit.

I think just one palm tree would be better. It looks too busy with two.
