Does anyone have the ROR General Manager Info?

My group travel agent is requesting the name of the Riu Ocho Rios Resort General Manger. She is interested in sending him/her a letter of introduction. I requested this info from Chandlyn some time ago, but she never got back to me. Does anyone have the manager's name and email? Thanks!

That's strange..are you sure chandyln received it. I asked her a question just last week and had a reply by monday and didn't even have a confirmation yet.
