Thanks gals!!! I should have been more patient! That online calculator is awesome!

 

In the mean time, I joined the ww online again! I want to take advantage of the recipes and stuff and I thought that tracking my points on their site would help me more than the excel spreadsheet I made to do it....something about paying money for things!

I love the WW website! It is just so much easier to look up the food items and I think it's great for keeping track of flex points.

Anyway, I've been experimenting with lightening up some delicious recipe and I'll post them in the "new receipes for old faves" thread.
