poolside BBQ menu

Someone posted the BBQ menu, now it says 6 different kinds of meat, do they do all this meat and serve it buffet style?? You dont have to pick just one or two types of meat right??

Thanks for posting the menu, I am interested in the poolside reception and the menu looks great!

I think its just kinda served buffet style, so you would be able to choose from all of the menu items (all are included)
