So, you are going to tell people after the doctor appointment, but what about your daughter? Are you going to tell her in a special way? Maybe a "I'm the big sister" shirt or something?

Congrats!!! you should make a doctor's appointment to confirm and then once you find out that its positive...make the announcement. This is such a blessing!
