I actually use the VS bronzing lotion, it's called Beyond Bronze- Radiant Bronze Body Lotion. I absolutely love it but I think they got rid of it so that doesn't help. Matter of fact I'm almost out of it I'm going to see if I can find some on ebay.

I would use a bronzer not a tanning cream. That way you have more control with it. If you do want a tanning cream the best I've ever used was by estee lauder. But, even a great tanning cream can look bad in the bright sun.

 

I have strappy suits & I just alternate them and move the straps around. I usually don't get a tan line around my neck.

 

I'm packing tops with thin straps too.

 

If you can't avoid them, tan lines can always be photoshopped out.

If you can find a bandeau with an underwire, the girls will look a TON better. They aren't easy to find, and they aren't cheap, but try figleaves.com - Lingerie, Bras, Briefs, Underwear, Swimwear, Hosiery and More.

Thios are some great suggestions Kat!!! Bandeau is the way to go ladies- have given up on bathing suits with straps unless I am doing a lot of moving around. AN I have not had a tan line in years. I hate them I know they can be photoshopped out, but IMHO they look tacky. I am strictly enforcing no tan lines for the BM's...I see so many pics of bridesmaids who laid out in the sun and it just looks awful

I just bought two at Target that are adorable. I'm going with all strapless suits too. That's the only detail FI knows about the dress since I was fretting about the style of bathing suits.....I bought this one:

You can always put on of those on top of a regular swimsuit and undo the straps and then can tan without showing your girls off.
