Horse Drawn Carriage

No one would happen to know why some resorts (in DR) offer the horse & carriage but others dont? I know Dreams doesnt offer it...I wondered if its bc of its location...although Excellence is next door and they offer it. Hmmmm....just wondering. Tried doing a search to see if its something we can rent on our own but I didnt get too far. (I will ask my WC and see what she says).

It all depends on the place. Some have it and some don't. Just like some will offer a guitar trio for the ceremony and others will just have a CD with music on it. All depends on the place. Good luck. I hope you get your horse & carriage!

paradisus offers the carriage as an option. but it will be an upgraded charge

Humm...I forgot to mention there is a charge for the carriage but I think it's minimal and so worth it if you like it.

 

Not to mention, it makes a beautiful decor for the pics.

Excellence definitely has it avaliable....I am not sure what happens when the wedding takes place on the beach.

 

I personally don't like the way the excellence h&c looks I would prefer not to have it.

I think Ocean Blue has a carriage but only for the garden wedding. I'm thinking of using this as it looks lovely and my youngest daughter would love to ride with me :-)

Well I had sent an email to my WC at Dreams and asked if maybe this was something I can rent on my own but she advised me that the horse & carriage is not allowed on their property

I guess I'll just have to settle for a horse drawn carriage around central park before we leave for the wedding. LOL
