poolside reception

Has anyone had a poolside reception. Does anyone have pictures of the set up. I am interested in this idea but would love peoples input!

what hotel or resort are you thinking of... maybe the wedding coordinator there has some pics for you

ooohhh!!! ok, here are some..

floating anything for inside the pool (candles in or on some sort of container, chinese lanterns, cut bamboo, flower balls, your initials made with flowers, etc)

for the edge of the pool - luminaries, candle boxes (large wax containers with pillar candles inside - the wax containers can be colored to match your color scheme), glass cylinders with candles (only if the tables are NOT really close to the pool as the cylinders could break)

 

Stay away from floating candles and cut flowers because the current in pools will force them to the edges of the pool instead of in the center... KWIM?
