Well girls, here is a testament to the power of BDW!!

 

So, after receiving an email from Ann, Stewart responded to me this morning and made an apology and some excuses for not getting back to us. I replied and copied in the last 5 or 6 emails that we sent him that i never got ANY response too. Anyway, long story short - he refunded my deposit via paypal about 5 minutes ago.

 

Ann, thank you . You really made all the difference!!!!!

There is POWER in numbers. Most vendors don't want a bad rap, and will do anything to clean it up. I'm just glad you got your money back Ann. It's unfortunate that the situation had to come to this and it could have been avoided if he just took the time to answer your email. I'm glad you got your money back, but his reputation will be forever scorched.

That was a pretty b.s. excuse he used - if he truely was just so busy, he could have told you that and worked with you. He wasn't too busy to answer my original email! Glad we got you $$ back!
