Vows for religous ceremony @ ROR???

so this sand ceremony, is it part of the package?

 

Did any UK brides do it and manage to bring the sand back in to the UK?

 

Really sorry for the questions, I've never heard of the sand ceremony before!

Most brides bring their own sand ceremony stuff. I'm not sure if the resort has any supplies. If you do a search for sand ceremony you should be able to find some more information on wording and pictures of different containers.

I just went to the craft store and bought 3 little vases to put the sand into and one big vase with a cork to put the sand together. I also bought the craft sand they had there. When i looked online the sand ceremony kits were kind of expensive so I went and only paid $20 for all of it at the craft store.

I also brought my own vases I purchased and my own sand. I also brought my own words for the sand ceremony. And no the sand ceremony doesn't cost extra.

I just read the vowes that you had and that was pretty much what we said. He did add a few things and made it a little different but for the most part those were our vowes. I have attached the sand ceremony voews we used. i found them online and just added our names.

for the sand ceremony, so do you do the regular civil ceremony then the sand ceremony after that?? and you bring everything your self, and the judge reads your vows??

 

sorry just thought it was something the resort did

We had the ceremony and then walked over to the table to have the sand ceremony and sign the papers. we then walked back to the alter to finish and congratulations and then we did pictures. We brought everything for the Sand ceremony. Hope that helps.
