Mariachi Question

Maye booked a Mariachi band for me for $550 an hour. Mariachi Los Cabos International is another band that is only $450 an hour. Should I just book the cheaper on my own? Has anyone used Mariachi Los Cabos International? I think maybe MariaElena used them. I remember she had some trouble getting them to her reception.

Honestly mariachis pretty much all sound the same. The only difference is maybe how nice their outfits are. No one will notice the difference. I would go with the cheaper one. But make sure they are reliable. I think Maria Elena said it was a pain to get them there but that they were good no?

I actually booked Mariachi Los Cabos International to play for my wedding in Feb. 2007. Jose has been very responsive and I have been dealing with him via email. He has always resonded. I have heard they are very good. You can tell him I recommeded you.

Glad to hear that Lisa! Jose has been really good emailing me too. I think I'll go with them if they are still available. It's worth it to save $100.

Ask Maye about the other Mariachi band. I asked her about a guitarist that Janet recommended and she told me she use to hire him but he canceled on her a couple of times and she had to scramble around at the last minute, and thats why she didn't use him any longer. My point is, even if they are cheaper you want to make sure they are good and reliable..
