Witty Wording Help...Please

Ok, I'm new here and just by reading post upon post - I've gotten lots of great ideas to mull over.

For now though, I'm really wanting to add a witty one-liner beachy quote to my STD's. I'm ordering the large magnets (the ones with the palm tree on the right, the ocean and beach in the forefront) from vistaprint because I've always had good luck with them for business cards, etc., not to mention they are truly affordable!

This is what I have on my STD so far:

So I wanted to plug in that one liner where the asterisk is, but I'm not having any luck finding anything that conveys a fun and casual event. Maybe I shouldn't use the "It's A Shore Thing," but I thought it was really cute...My 17year old thinks it's corny, but also said it's totally me, um thanks kiddo - gotta love teenagers!

At any rate, I think I've been looking too hard and trying to come up with something so hard that I'm drawing a blank. I figured I'd turn to the experts!

I struggled a bit in conveying our casual/fun mood, too.

Ultimately, I addressed it via a dress code suggestion: Shoes optional, hawaiian prints encouraged.

That doesn't quite work in your case, but would something about packing bags work? Like: pack your party shoes, beach attire and best wishes?

I'm rambling. I clearly need more coffee.

I think "It's a Shore Thing" is adorable and witty. When I was 17 I thought everything was corny, too.

Becks - I like your dress code wording - AWESOME! It's going in my notes for the invites and it does give me another direction to think about...Thank you!

Danielle - She's beginning to like it and is now trying to help with this wording issue. At least she's on board (no pun intended here - really) and I have another brain working on it!
