Is it possible to get married at Mayan ruins?

I don't think it sounds crazy at all! Although everyone is right about the general prohibition against photography at Mayan ruins, I know that Xcaret Park definitely does weddings... I am assuming that if they let you get married there, they let you walk around the park and take pictures. If you do a search on here for "xcaret park" it should pull up a bunch of threads that have details about pricing with pictures... I think Adam'sGirl was originally planning her wedding there, so look for her posts

hmm I bet it wouldn't be allowed, but like some of the others have mentioned there are other ruins that could work.

What about having a Mayan ceremony? I've seen those offered just do a google search. It would be something different and very cultural.
