I got excited too! My wedding is in November and the airfare right now is $700 !!! Looking for any and ALL discounts possible!

wow, you americans are so lucky, airfare is so so much cheaper! I pay a lot more than that to fly only 1/4 of the way across teh country (yes, within canada) to see my family, and they are both major cities/airports (like the 5th and 9th largest cities in canada or something like that). We probably pay more like 1000$ to cancun and 500-600$ would be an amazing price, you pay half that!

FYI, american airlines also does wedding group discounts. i think its 5% off if you book 10 or less, and 10% off if you do 15 or more. its free, you just have to email the wedding group discounts people on the AA website. we did it in case anyone wanted to fly AA.
