OMG! I would be freaking out by now. You would think they would want to be paid! How strange that she hasn't asked or processed anything. Especially when it says on the website final due 30days before. LOL!!!

I thought payment was due at 45 days O_o ? Blah...she also told me i can't have Tres Leches cake (even the 1 tier included in package) :-(

I know its very frusterating but for some reason I am just very calm. I am like this just by nature lol the way I see it is if the worst happens and they give away the gazebo and we can't have our ceremony there I call my off site WC and get married on the beach ahaha. It will all work out. I am just so ready for a vacation.

 

I am going to try calling her again today. We shall see.

everything will work out! I can't believe you are less than a month awa! must be so exciting!! When do you leave for Playa, and did you guys decide where to go on your honeymoon? :-)

I know I cannot believe it!! We leave on Sunday November 7th, the limo comes to get us at 1:30am. I am clearly not going to bed ahahaha It is not for sure yet but I think we are going to go to Greece. We are not going on our honeymoon until next May. I will be done with grad school than wooo hooo at least it is something to look forward to

 I always thought it was 30 days? LOL.. I just love this place. =) Wait, why can't you have the Tres Leches cake? If it's included - that makes no sense. Did they say why? How strange.

 

If this place wasn't so beautiful and all the former brides had a great wedding - I would have picked a different place. It's hard enough getting my guests to sign up for group rates.

As close as you are to your date - I would be freaking out but then again - it's at that point of what can you do? You contacted her, you talked to her, what else is left? LOL...

That is a great attitude to have!! It will be beautiful and amazing as you planned it.

The tres leches thing is a huge bummer!!  They told me the same thing, that even with a "standard" they don't do that flavor anymore.  I got vanilla cake with caramel & coffee filling.  Hope it's good!

 

 

I leave exactly 2 weeks from today!  I'm SO ready....all im waiting for is my chair sashes and my place cards for the guests (which I'm going to attach to maracas).  DO NOT order anything from Diva Girl Designs.  I ordered Sashes from them about 6 weeks ago (picked them because of this color I really wanted and couldn't find).  She kept saying 2 more weeks, 2 more weeks...and barely even a sorry!  If you don't have the product just say so!  Supposedly I'm getting them by Friday.

Natalie, that's a bummer about your sashes! But hopefully they will arrive on Friday as promised! Your wedding is so close too! Where did you get your maracas from?
