I've been working with Rebekah since the spring. She has been great to work with. It sometimes takes her 2-3 days to get back to you but she always does.

I've had Rebekah from the beginning (she was originally in Michigan and then transferred to Mexico). She has been pretty great so far, almost a little pushy at times asking me for information...which is something I would prefer rather than having someone who was slow to respond. She had originally told me that she would only be in Mexico for a short time, but it seems like she is there to stay atleast for the time being.

Hope that helps!!

Sarah,

Thank you so much for the feedback!! I would much rather someone be assertive in the information they need. I cannot believe how much incorrect information I received from my first WC and then they would not honor what she said. Annoying, but fortunately not a big deal!

I'm confused about this too. But moreso, what menu we can choose from. I was sent 4 or 5 menu's, some for the reception, others for our "romantic dinner" (Luxury package). But I was curious if we could choose items from the other menus and request them for our reception dinner. Any thoughts? Did that even make sense?

I was sent the same multiple menus. I chose different entrees from different menus. I figured if I was given those menus I could choose what I want...although that was 2 WC's ago.....I'm due to send in my checklist in the next week....I'll let ya know what happens.

I think ladies you can definitely do two entrees as said before they just have to be clearly marked so the wait staff knows.

I was also sent multiple menus but at the time we were going to do the ultimate luxury package and there was just one menu for that package. However I was told we could mix and match and choose from the other menus if we wanted to.

I was also told I could choose 2 entrees, and from multiple menus. But as luck would have it, we ended up choosing all from one :)

I'm going to have maracas as "place cards" and tie peoples names to them with their table number. I'm going to have teal ribbons for people who order fish, and coral colored ribbons for people who order beef.
