ROYAL PLAYA DEL CARMEN BRIDES: were kids allowed for the day? ...and other questions

hey! i'm not going to lie...i read this forum constantly throughout the day! i'm in the middle of pretty much planning my sister's wedding (which is sept 11th) and worrying about my own so it is kind of crazy. right now my biggest thing that i'm working on wedding-wise is a catamaran trip. we have about 60 people booked for the wedding, and we want to do it as a 'thank you'. we are talking to catamaya at the moment...so we'll see how that goes! then after my sisters wedding i figured i would nail down flowers/centerpieces etc. at the moment i am getting married at 2 pm nov 11th in the gazebo, having a cocktail hour from 230-330 in the central garden, then a reception starting at 6:00 in the ballroom (yes, we wanted it inside) and hopefully continuing the celebration that night and the blue parrot! so thank you everyone for all your contributions! it helps soooo much in everything! and whenever i feel i have something that would help, i try to throw my 2 cents in

Hey Ranj,

I am interested in doing the catamaran trip as well, but think it might be too expensive. What are the prices they are quoting you is you don't mind sharing

It has been quite on here, I think the next bunch of us to get married is knee high in planning right now lol

 

Thanks for the list! it is so weird to see my date coming up so close. It feels like yesterday I still had a year and a half. It goes by sooooo fast!

 

My first fitting is on August 12th and my shower is the 21st so much happening.

 

By the way I did my boudoir session yesterday with Raw Photography Design Modern CT Wedding & Boudoir Photographer | Raw Photo Design in CT. I cannot tell you guys how amazing they are. I was soooo nervous and Eric is super awesome and Stacey from Blush Couture Blush Couture | Facebook who does the make up and hair was also incredible. I can't wait to get the pictures back I am def going to share with you guys. Everyone woman should do this once in their life time! Trust me it's not just for him its for your self confidence to lol

We're having the ceremony in the wedding gazebo and the cocktail hour and reception in the garden area. Where are you having yours?

59/60 days to our weddings! Do you have that part excited/part stressed feeling too? It didn't really hit me until the last week or 2...

Juliet-

We are doing the wedding in the gazebo and the reception on the beach. OMG I totally know what you mean....I was so calm until about 2 weeks ago when I realized I needed to collect the rest of the RSVP's and jump on the gym bandwagon. I cannot believe it came SO fast!!
