Thank god I am working with TA Jill from the forum to. This is just insane. Maybe they will get a clue if so many people quit obviosuly something else was up.

People quit? uh oh...i wonder who else quit. I don't think it is right that the brides for whom they were working were not informed. You ladies shouldn't have to be informed here, they should have communicated it to you and then given you their resolution and reassurance. This is obviously too much for them to handle and the workload needs to be given to an agency who can handle the high volume.

I just spoke to my TA who responded to my email within minutes...what a breath of fresh air. She said they lost their best WC so things will be a bit chaotic. She is going to get the info from them and forward on to me. Thanks for the suggestions to reach out to the TA's!

Sooo right, i would have appreciated an email letting me know that i would be reassigned to another WC. Something is up with them.

I completely agree, I think the brides should have been notified before hand. Wedding planning can be stressful at times and this is just another unnecessary added stressor.
