Ladies whose weddings has already past:

My package - Luxury package -states that champagne is given after the ceremony. Does anyone know if the champagne is served to everyone or just the bride & groom? I'm trying to decide if we should keep this OR have the champagne poured during dinner for the toast & then just take pictures immediately after the ceremony.

Thanks!

There was champagne for everyone. The Luxury Package comes with a cocktail hour, so it was served then.

The Royal has a 3rd lesser quality resort in its chain in Playa del Carmen, called The Real.

Here is the link: Real Playa del Carmen Hotel & Beach Club, Real Playa del Carmen in Riviera Maya.

Not sure the prices but I know they are cheaper than The Royal and Gran Porto.

It also has an option to do just the room at a cheaper rate a "european plan" and not the all-inclusive. Which may work better for some people if they aren't staying long.
