How long did you date before enagaged?

He proposed right before our 5 year anniversary, by the time we get married (June 1st 2010) we will have been together for 6 1/2 years. We are High School sweethearts, I met him my Jr. year of High School, which was his Sr. year. I am 21 right now and he is 22, at the time of the wedding I will be 22 and he will be 23!

We dated on and off for 2 years, and then we were together for one year after that...so a total of 3 years before he proposed, and we'll have been together 4 and a half when we get married.

We got engaged Valentine's Day this year (2009) before our 6th anniversary which was March 30th. We will be getting married on our 7th anniversary. =)

lol, we were about the same,. We are getting married on our one year anniversary. We had known each other for a long time, but had been out of touch for many years. We had dated in high school and lost touch after school. Like everybody does. We didn't want to lose each other again.
