good luck finding out. i think it is a great idea. volunteers are nice but they mainly are gophers at my hospital. you want to do something more hands on to learn, plus get paid.

i don't mean that you should not volunteer, i just mean, if you are trying to get your foot in the door at the hospital that is what i would do. Being a volunteer is great.

I just thought volunteering would help me with my resume, so I have some medical reference in my background. My resume currently is only related to child care/education.....been a teacher most of my career (sub and teacher's assistant, mostly)

Drea that sucks I know all about not getting paid, last week they were letting us go home early cause it was so slow at the airport, so i did it all week. Then I realized how small my paycheck is gonna be and that really sucks about your car too. i hope this afternoon will get better for you!

thank you ladies, well I did my oil change today, update info at a school district I work at, played on BDW, danced around the condo LOL, paid bills, and now deciding what time to go to the gym.

Didn't get to volunteer sheet nor going to college, will do that soon.
