TA Issue.. I need Help!!

Okay so we went to see my TA on Wed. last week.. Had to wait about 2 hours to speak to her when i finally did she totally had NO CLUE about anything. I knew way more about everything then she did (thanks to you fine ladies ) So that was a lil aggrevating.. Then she gave me some out rageous pricing for my guests.. I dont mean to pry but does anyone know what they are estimating for their guests rooms at the Dreams Cancun?? I am just curious if she even bothered to get me a discount.. On top of that she told me she was going to contact Daniella to confirm and ask all these questions i had and she would call me the next day.. Its exactly one week later and after several calls to her (she is out to lunch, she is at the Dr's) I havent heard anything. I want to try to get my STD's ready and i want to include this information I also want a peace of mind knowing pricing etc.

 

So in conlcusion of my rant.. Can anyone suggest a TA that I can use that has good communication with Dreams Cancun or is aware on how DW go..

Joanna - that sucks!!!

i would not use her either.

 

there are 3 TA's that are part of his forum - all of trusted and recommened...

 

Tammy Host (she is the owner/host of the forum)

I was going to say just this. There are 3 awesome TAs on the forum. I love having an out of state TA. I'd rather deal with stuff through email/ phone than having to go to someone's office.

It is absolutely time to ditch your TA. And if you're going to do that, don't call her about your questions - send them to the WC at Dreams directly. You don't want them getting confused.

Also if you ever need an estimated quote go to one of the travel sites bookit.com or expedia.com. They will give you an idea of how much it might be.

Your TA is why some people prefer to try to go it alone - lack of service and interest in you as a customer. Give the BDW TAs a try!

Thanks so much ladies with your advice i contacted Tammy and she emailed me back very fast. I feel such a releife now I was so anxious.
