Chapstick & Travel Mug Templates Needed

I was wondering if anyone has a chapstick label template I could "borrow", that is compatible with Microsoft Word? I have tried to make my own with no luck. Although I'm trying, I'm not much of a DIY'er.

 

Also if anyone has a template for 16oz Travel Mug inserts, also for MS word.

I would forever be extremely thankful and appreciative!

these might make for cute chapstick labels.

 

Here is my .jpg lip balm label. I'm not sure if I put it in word that will still work for a vistaprint order. If you wanted to order them through vista print you could upload the jpg as is.
