From what I was told, everything goes through Nancy. You won't have any direct contact with the onsite coordinators until you arrive the days before your wedding. That was my biggest problem. Why have a middle man? But you are right. Their concept is great. One thing you should know is Azul Beach is very, very small. Azul View is way bigger but not too big like other resorts. My fiance and I are thinking of staying at Azul View a couple of nights after our wedding.
