Wedding Shower

I just found out my shower is this Sunday. Do I have to buy gifts for my bridesmaids for throwing it? My mom is hosting and I know FMIL has helped as well. Please let me know if you did or didn't buy gifts. If you did what did you get them?

I would say yes buy gifts. How about something from swarovski? or a little waterford vase?

I agree with Lucy - doesn't neccesarily have to be a big gift but something small to say "thanks"! would be enough!

wish i could be more helpful on this one but i am not having any bm's. but when i was a bm last year the bride got us all a small basket with small items. let's see, we got a small compact mirror, some body spray, lotions, and bath salt.

Absolutely, you should buy gifts for everyone that is participating. You can do something from Origins.

That's funny that you posted this because I have the same problem. My shower is on Saturday. My BMs worked really hard at keeping it a surprise and they don't know that I know, so even though I would like to get them something, I would ruin the surprise if I did. I am planning on getting them a small gift to thank them next week. I'm thinking maybe a Vera Bradley make-up bag or something from Bath & Body Works.
