I made mine on PPT also. What exacyl are you trying to do sorry, I suck at computers but will try and help.

Group the whole thing
click on the actual slide (not the little slides on the side)
Ctrl A (to select all)
draw-->group

now that it is all grouped, right click--> save as image

chose jpg, not the other file option.

if there is a black background go back to your slide & put a white box behind everything.
