So I'm sitting here eating a jalapeno popper--baked not fried (as if it made a big difference). I really should be worried about the weigh in.

 

I lost a few pounds since my gain last week so I'm back to square 1. I plan to do some super cardio later tonight so I'm justifying the poppers.

 

We need to invent something to make BDW exercise powered. I bet we would all be walking around like sticks!

 

We should recruit Morgan. That girl is so handy, she could probably throw something together with a bike pump, a glue stick, a paperclip and an old toaster! LOL!

Erin - did I miss yours from last week?

 

I am also missing one from amyh andn tvt (Tara).

 

If I don't get them, I don't know how to calculate the weekly loss so I guess I would just exclude those people from the weekly updates and just include them at the end.

LOL very true, Morgan is one creative gal!

Dont worried or be frustrated about being back at "day one" i think. I feel like I have been working out and doing somewhat good, and all I have been doing is gaining weight.

But one day at a time!!! We can do it!

Ann--Did you not get the picture? I was up to 173.1. (That might even be more than when I started).

 

I'll see if I can find the picture for you. FI deleted everything on the card to make room for our trip to Kansas this weekend (his bachelorette and my shower).

Aww Kash, don't give up! you can do it! How about skipping your weigh in this week, maybe Ann could just put down that you stayed the same and then next week you could weigh in and hopefully have a loss?

We are just finishing week 4, I think? But some of us have talked about a season 2, so I'm sure we'll announce it if we are in the next couple weeks.

You don't have to be out! I just can't calculate the weekly changes w/o a starting point, ya know? or at least this next weeks would be off, since it would be for 2 weeks really. but the end result is what is important!

Oh, I guess I misunderstood. I guess is would be simple for me since I haven't done anyting to change my weight! LOL. Okay I'm back in, but just for the sake of competing since I know I'm not winning, lol.
