Its okay! You lost 16lbs already and that is amazing! I would love to lose 16 lbs! Good job on working out longer.

I haven't worked out yet today, I was so wiped out this morning I shut my alarm off and fell back asleep!

I'm trying to tell myself to go get on the treadmill, but I have a feeling its not going to happen tonight, but I was moving all day at work today, I've eaten good and I will be up first thing in the morning working out.

Good luck this weekend girls! I'll be checking in throughout the weekend, let me know if anyone needs help!

My workout this morning was killer. The trainer kept me for one and half hours. Ugh! It was great though.

 

I ate a healthy breakfast and lunch.

 

I did get a light frap from Starbucks, but that's the only indulgence all day.

 

For dinner I am making a nice roast with veggies.

I havent weighed myself... I just feel like Im not any healthier... you know how you can just feel it.... Basically I stiill feel like a heffer. I just need more patients!!! Thanks ladies!!!

- Sauteed mushroom and garlic with coking spray, salt, pepper, etc. (0 pts.)

Awesome this will help a ton! I am calorie couting and I am in my range that I should be eating and I am also working out. My only problem with snack is (well food in general) is that many things have gluten in them.
I have celiac- if you have no idea what I am talking about LOL I basically cant have gluten... NONE (the protein found in wheat). You would think it would be awesome for a diet that I cant have bread, pasta, crackers, cookies, cakes, and on and on... But it is in many things so am pretty limited to what I can eat especailly snacks. So that why I wanted to get an idea of what everyone else is doing to broaden my horizons so to say. I know pretty much what does and does not have wheat in it so its not that I need suggestions about that, more like healthy suggestions!!

Ok This was WAYYY longer than it really needed to be, maybe I just needed to vent!!!

Also I will be more patient (promise Alyssa) I dont know why I seem to think I am going to drop weight right away!! And promise will try my hardes to to look at the scale.

keep up the hard work ladies remember it will be worth it in the end!

I have officialy declared Friday March 7th as my cheat day. Mcdonalds for lunch and FI and I went out for dinner.....and I got 2 redbull/vodka's - not too much sugar I don't think! I totally missed the "buddy" thread so I'm kinda sad I don't have a buddy but I'm glad you guys post so much under this thread b/c it makes me feel like I have all of you guys as my buddy!! Thanks!

Betsy, you can be my buddy! Just don't count on me on the weekends! I work 2 twelve hour night shifts so I am not really around. SO, here goes, you can do it! You took today off so get back to work tomorrow! Whenever you try to cheat tomorrow and Sunday, you can read this, it will have to hold you over until Monday! Good luck!

You guys are the best!! Actually I only work on Sat and Sun so those are the 2 days that I am the best at eating and everything b/c I have to bring my own food unless I want to eat at the hospital Cafe - EWWWWW~~ So the weekend should be good - it's the rest of the week that sucks!! I love you guys seriously! THANKS!
