The BDW Biggest Loser Club - Season 1

I took my picture this morning and I promise to upload it this evening and send it off to Ann. I took my sports bra & shorts before pic. I’m disgusted. EW… reality check!

 

I’m eating an apple with peanut butter, it’s a healthy start. I plan on going to the gym after work, hope I have the energy.

I also joined the gym yesterday and plan to workout tonight. Its going to be so hard b/c I am literally beat when I get home. I work 14 hour days and commute 2 hours each way so I am going to have to muster all the energy in the world just to schlep my fat arse to the gym. Luckily, James promised to go to the gym with me so that I won't slack.

 

p.s. Last night when I signed up for the gym, low and behold, there she was...95 pound girl on the pre-core pretending to exercise, while she talked on her cellphone.

 

Sorry to anyone whose 95 pounds.

Yay Ladies! Day 1!

 

I took my weight picture also - just have to dind the usb cord to connect this camera to my computer...

 

Had a strawberry smoothie for breakfast with banana protein powder in it...it was sooooo delish!

God! My "before" (read: NOW) pics are SO depressing! I had no idea I look so terrible in workout clothes! Yuck!

Yeah it was pretty depressing reading my weight. I didn't even take my "before" pics yet. I'll do it when I get home tonight. Those should be fun...NOT!

BTW my husband suggested we also do a second and third prize (like $100 for #1, $50 for #2 and $30 for number three) - in case one person pulls way out in front it mght help everyone stay motivated. Just a thought...

If I get all of the checks that are supposed to be coming, it will be about $210 (I'll double check). It's up to you guys, but we could do $100, $70, $40 or something.

 

It's totally up to the players though!

I wish we could do this for longer. LOL. This way we will be forced to be good for an even longer period of time! Well at the very least this will probably jump start our weight loss and we can continue on even after the 8 week period.

EEK! I may be the outcast on this but i really think it should be winner takes all OR maybe a small prize for #2 and #3
