chprfan don't get frustrated. I have been going to the gym 5 days a week since August and eat so much better and I am just starting to loose weight keep it up you will see a difference.

I gained this week here but somehow when I weighed in at WW I was down. So I figure in my head the two even out and I probably stayed teh same. PLus I had sushi a few nights ago and I think the combo of the soy sauce and PMS might not be working!

 

Is that crazy?

 

Plus I basically stopped exercising for two weeks (yes, I realize that THAT is actually the reason). But I was good with food so I feel like I should have lost anyway! Oh well, cest la vie (is that how you spell it?)

Everyone is so quiet ... am I the only one that is excited?! lol

 

How did everyone do this weekend? Everyone get their last chance workouts in?

 

Also, in prior weeks I often get late weigh-ins, or don't get them at all. Do you want to enforce a strict deadline since this is the final week? Like you have to have emailed/PMed me by midnight on Wed. night? Your call - just let me know!

I say we do enforce the deadline. Everyone MUST contact you by midnight Wednesday and have a really good reason if they can't send you the info.

 

SInce I am usually a guilty party I'm totally fine with this! LOL!

 

I didn't get a last chance workout. I've done so poorly this season when I had such high hopes.

 

Apparently, you cannot just wake up skinny, no matter how much you wish for it!

 

I have made some healthy changes, I just HAVE to start working out on a regular basis.

 

We'll see what happens! Congrats to the winner and keep up the good work girls!

I got my hair japanesed straightened on saturday and you can't wash it for three days so I didn't get to work out at all this week. Your not allowed to sweat b/c it will ruin the hair. I can't work out today but at least I can get one workout in tomorrow before the big weigh in. Wow, I can't believe we are almost at the end. I'm looking forward to Season 2!

I think the strict weigh in time would be good too, midnight on wednesday.

 

I've been really good about working out and eating well for the most part.

 

I will say that DH & I went to a birthday party (yes another one!) on saturday and neither one of use had eaten all day and we were both shoveling food in, it was pretty funny thinking about it afterwards! DH is usually not a big eater either, so it was even funnier that we were both eating like we'd never eaten before!

 

Also, I'm having another issue, if any of you read the colonix thread, I am having a really hard time pooping!! I think it started around the time I started the new workout and its just gotten worse. I finally bought some things this weekend to try and help me otherwise my weigh in is going to be horrible!!
