How soon should I contact her after my wedding date is confirmed to reserve the reception site?

When I first contacted the RIU in regards to my reception and other related wedding plans almost 1 year before my wedding, I was told that they don't start planning things until 2-3 months prior to the wedding. Well, I'm glad I decided that I couldn't wait til then and contacted Chandlyn directly. Things book up quick, so I would recommend contacting her asap to reserve your reception!

I'd definitely contact to book the things you want as soon as you get the confirmation for your date. I found that things really book up rather quickly so I'm glad that I made my arrangements early on.
