This makes me feel a little bit better for a couple reasons.

now I really feel like I shouldn't use th box because like you said i wil end up paying anyway! Plus honestly, I hate dying my own hair!

Second...I feel better knowing that hopefully next time she can get it lighter and then by the 3rd time (probably right before the wedding, it should be where I want it... I will stay w/ her until at least after the wedding and then if I like her still keep her and if not then go else where...

I get my hair colored consistently every 6 weeks. I'm a hair color junkie! I love the girl I go to, but yea, every hair stylist I know cringes when you say the words BOX COLOR! It is cheaper, but in the long run it's best to find someone you like and stick with them! It's healthier for your hair and it's had to find someone that's a color pro. So once you do, don't ever lose them! My hair is one of the most important things to me!

I need my hair colored so bad and am fighting the urge to use a box, but I think you guys just stopped me. I have an outstanding lady out here but she is ridiculously expensive (I think) so I'd like to find someone more reasonable for the in-between visits but it is scary picking a new place for color!
