I am going with a different vendor from e-bay. I ordered 20 and they ended up being $4.5 each but that includes shipping. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but they had the colors I wanted in stock (aqua and turquoise) and I should have them within a week.

What color do you think would go better with a coral dress. I am just needing one for myself, but don't know what color to go with. Any suggestions?

Not sure where there are more Hancock fabrics but they have Pashmina's there. I was there a few days ago and was surprised to see them by the cutting tables. They are like $6.
