Hi everyone.

 

I am trying to get some info regarding getting married at PRC. I have been looking at the chill out chic package but i'm wondering a few things. If anyone could answer it would be really appreciated:

 

1. Can the colours be changed?

2. Can you get a sit down dinner instead of a buffet?

3. Can you change the flowers especially for the bouquet?

 

I e-mailed the co-ordinator but I have not heard back from her in a few days.

 

Also, what is a OOT bag?

Darcat, from what I recall you can change out the colors, the sit down would be an up charge and you can change the flowers but depending on what you want it could also be an up charge. I think most of us found that if we did a custom package, it is cheaper but make sure you do your homework and compare. I really wanted the chill out chic but for the price difference, I decided to just go with the tall tables.

 

OOT is out of town bags that you give to all of your guests when they arrive.

Avong, did you ever think about doing the Aqua package? Obviously, you did. LOL I just wanted to know why you chose to custom instead. I am having a hell of a time deciding what to do. I'm trying include the dance AND a nice dinner at a reasonable price. Not sure if I can afford both at this point

When I received the Romance Calculator from Perla, I punched in all the things I wanted for the custom, aqua and chill out chic and the custom was cheaper. That's the only reason! I am having Cecilia take a look at everything I want to let me know if I calculated correctly but haven't heard from her.

Hey ladies -

 

I saw on another thread a few girls split an order for these color changing cups to have at the bar during the reception – ordered from VendoDirect. The minimum order is 250 so a few of us could split it. I was thinking to just have Paradisus, Riviera Maya with a palm tree on it? Hope you can see the attachment and here is the website. Just an idea

I have been having a problem finding a mariachi band... they are SOOO expensive. The one that makes the most sense is to go with the one from the resort.. if anyone finds anything different please let us know!
