Jeanne! Congratulations - I'm so glad you had no drama with them. I haven't heard from them either Becks and you know my wedding is next Saturday! The pictures look great J, you are a beautiful bride!

Hi girls! Been away in Vegas for a long weekend which is why I haven't been around! Jeanne - so relieved that things were perfect - cannot wait to see more pics and get more details - you looked gorgeous and the flowers were beautiful!

 

I haven't done much in the last week cause of the vaca - but I haven't heard anything from Perla and Elisa on a number of fronts! erggg...

I heard from Elisa last night regarding some questions we had for the welcome dinner. So, I'm all caught up with her.

What are you guys doing for a welcome dinner on that note? We were thinking of blocking off a section at the Mexican Restaurant but I am curious as to what you girls are doing.

 

Becks - when you booked Carlos did you also have to confirm with Swank (to have their person on site?)

We're doing the reef grill. Because of the number of people being seated at the same time, they require a set menu - one app, choice of two entrees, one dessert. They did offer us a section of the Mexican restaurant, Capri or the buffet as well.

 

And yes, I sent Swank their outside vendor contract (signed) at the same time I arranged Carlos.

Is the set menu something they are charging you for per head or is it something that is included since you aren't taking over the restaurant in full?

It's included. Just FYI, there's an extra charge for the lobster if you do surf and turf, but you get to pick from the regular menu. I'll attach it if you want to see it.
